Resolution

Please follow the below steps to know the status of support and licenses of your assets.

Login to Ruckus Support Portal

Click on Assets

Under Assets, click on Hardware Summary

Enter SN in the search box and click on the SN

Note: If you do not get any results, you need to register your hardware for the warranty. Follow the steps mentioned here https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000002007

In the next page, you can find the information about licenses (If there are any upgraded one's on the controller) and support entitlement

Click Warranty Checker in the support portal

Use this tool to check the coverage that Ruckus shows on your device. If what we show, doesn't agree with what you think you have, please Contact Support and let us know so that we can fix it for you.   
 

  1. Enter the serial number of your device below.
  2. Click the "Submit" button.
