Please Check the SPA Email to ensure that the End User and the Primary Partner details are updated.Contact Ruckus Support if the Primary Partner/VAR or End User information is missing.
Resolution
If you are unable to activate the Order and getting an error, that Primary Partner/VAR or End User not updated on the Sales Order is because these details are missing on the Sales Order.
Resolution : Please contact Ruckus Support and we will update the missing information on the Order.
Once the Order is updated by Ruckus Support Team, you should be able to complete the Activation through the Support Portal.
Note:
End User Information is Missing on the Order :
End User needs to contact their Ruckus VAR/Re-seller or Distributor and inform them to contact us.
Primary Partner/Ruckus VAR/Re-seller Information is Missing on the Order :
End User / Primary Partner needs to contact your Distributor and inform them to contact us.
