Customer PO can't be blank error during the activation

Resolution

Reason you are getting this error or you are unable to activate the license on the Ruckus Support Portal is because of the, missing purchase order number or blank purchase order number in the SO/PO.

The purchase Order number needs to be updated on the order, in order to fix the issue.
