Providing AP support info file is necessary for troubleshooting, and can be collected beforehand and provided when opening a ticket with Tech Support. Here are the details on how to collect the Support Info file from APs managed by different Ruckus Wireless Solutions -
For SZ managed APs, Go to Network > Access Points > Select the specific AP > Click "More" > Download Support Log.
For RUCKUS One (R1) managed APs, Go to WiFi > AP List > Select the AP using the check box against it > Click on "Download Log".
For Unleashed managed AP, click the chosen AP, then Show System Overview Info -> and Save Logs.
For Solo AP (Standalone AP), Go to Maintenance > Support > Save to Local Computer > Download.
