Resolution
Follow the below steps to activate the support you purchased on your products
Have the product SN’s ready

Open the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email you have received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for your order

Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com

Click on Activate Purchase

Enter the activation code "SUP-xxxxxxx-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box

Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on Activate Purchase

Click on the Hyper link for the product code. This is a very important step, as this binds the product SN to the support contract
-
Enter the product SN and click on Validate Serial Number
Note: If the support purchased is on 2 or more quantity, you need to go back, click on the hyper link and repeat the process

And the support is activated
