How to activate support/service contact?

Resolution

Follow the below steps to activate the support you purchased on your products
Have the product SN’s ready

  • Open the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email you have received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for your order

  • Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com

  • Click on Activate Purchase

  • Enter the activation code "SUP-xxxxxxx-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box

  • Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on Activate Purchase

  • Click on the Hyper link for the product code. This is a very important step, as this binds the product SN to the support contract

  • Enter the product SN and click on Validate Serial Number

            Note: If the support purchased is on 2 or more quantity, you need to go back, click on the hyper link and repeat the process

  • And the support is activated

You can also explore our new Auto Activation feature available in the Support Portal for Smart devices. Once enabled, this feature automatically activates newly purchased orders as well as previously purchased orders that have not yet been activated.
