How to activate support/service contact?

In case of unsuccessful activation, contact Ruckus customer support


Follow the below steps to activate the support you purchased on your products
Have the product SN’s ready

  • Open the Support Purchase Acknowledgement (SPA) email you have received from Ruckus/Disti/VAR for your order

  • Login to Ruckus support portal:

  • Click on Activate Purchase

  • Enter the activation code "SUP-xxxxxxx-AAA-BBB-CCC" in the box

  • Review the order, accept the terms and conditions and click on Activate Purchase

  • Click on the Hyper link for the product code. This is a very important step, as this binds the product SN to the support contract

  • Enter the product SN and click on Validate Serial Number

            Note: If the support purchased is on 2 or more quantity, you need to go back, click on the hyper link and repeat the process

  • And the support is activated
