Root Cause

Serial number of vRIoT was not apparent until version 1.4 system info.

Resolution

As of IOT 1.4 release, the only way to find the serial number of vRIOT Server is via Command Line interface:

Steps to find the Serial Number:

Step:1 Login to the Command line interface with your credentials.

Step 2: Choose Option 2 "System Details" and it will display the Serial Number of the vRIOT controller:

vRIOT SN CLI

Starting vRIOT 1.5, we will have an option in the GUI Under Admin> License to view the Serial number of the vRIOT server:
