How to process replacements for Philippines RMAs?

Strategic & non-strategic
  1. Replacements are stocked in local warehouse Philippines. i.eWCRK1.
  2. If there’s NO part stocked in the local warehouse, the same will be fulfilled from production warehouse or by initiating an internal stock transfer.
  3. Defective should be retrieved & inbounded in the local warehouse.

Non-strategic
  1. Customers should hold NTC permit as the replacements are processed from Hong Kong warehouse. It is always the receiver should HOLD the NTC permit for the clearance.
  2. If the customer DO NOT have the permit, they can provide Distributors details for us to process the replacements.
  3. After the confirmation the replacements will be processed from Hong Kong warehouse.
  4. RUCKUS will retrieve the defectives & inbound it in Hong Kong.

Strategic
  1. Replacements are stocked in local warehouse Philippines. i.eWCRK1.

Return to Factory
Non-strategic
  1. Customers should return the defectives to Hong Kong warehouse. i.e WHKG1.
    • Shipping charges should be borne by customers.
  2. Customers should hold NTC permit as the replacements are processed from Hong Kong warehouse. It is always the receiver should HOLD the NTC permit for the clearance.
  3. If the customer DO NOT have the permit, they can provide Distributors details for us to process the replacements.
  4. After the confirmation the replacements will be processed from Hong Kong warehouse.
  5. RUCKUS will retrieve the defectives & inbound it in Hong Kong.

Strategic
  1. Customers should return the defectives to local warehouse in Philippines. i.e WCRK1.
    1. Shipping charges should be borne by customers.
  2. Replacements should be processed only AFTER End users/customers confirm if they have NTC permit to receive the replacement.
  3. Customers should hold NTC permit as the replacements are processed from Hong Kong warehouse. It is always the receiver should HOLD the NTC permit for the clearance.
  4. If the customer DO NOT have the permit, they can provide Distributors details for us to process the replacements.
  5. After the confirmation the replacements will be processed from local warehouse in Philippines. i.e WCRK1.
NOTE à
  • Customer requires Commercial Invoice (CI) to apply for NTC permit. Process the order and provide the CI to the customer & request UPS to HOLD till we confirm.
  • NTC permit is only for Access Points & NOT for controllers.
