What is a Delivery Challan (DC)?


A Delivery Challan (DC) is a document used to record the details of defective goods being picked up from customers location to Bangalore warehouse. It includes information such as the Part Number, Quantity, RMA number, date, description of the product, number of boxes, and price details, as well as recipient details and delivery location.
This is also used as a gate pass for logistics partner (UPS) to complete the defective pick-up. Customers do not have to bear the return charges and it is completely borne by RUCKUS.

Attached a sample delivery challan we share it to the customers with the fields fill in & in return they will have to share it with their sign & companies seal on it.


Note:
 
  1. Delivery Challan is required ONLY to retrieve the defectives from customers location from INDIA.
  2. Without Delivery Challan, the defectives cannot be retrieved from the customers location.
