6 GHz Option Grayed Out in Zone:Root Cause
6 GHz requires WPA3 or OWE encryption; WPA2-only SSIDs are not supported. AP can broadcast only 5 or 6 GHz SSIDs per MBSSID beacon due to beacon size limitations. Maximum of 6 SSIDs per primary group (5 user-configured + 1 reserved TxVAP).Troubleshooting Steps
Check if the WLAN / SSID is using WPA2/WPA-3 mixed mode, WPA3 or OWE
Encryption methods other than WPA3 and OWE will not be supported on the 6GHz radio. Only WPA3 is used on 6GHz radio with WPA2/WPA3-Mixed mode.
Only 5 or 6 GHz WLAN SSIDs can be broadcast by one AP.
Due to the beacon size limitation, RUCKUS supports a maximum of 6 SSIDs per MBSSID beacon in a primary group. Out of which 5 SSIDs are used for user-configured WLANs, and the first SSID (RKS_TX_VAP) is reserved for TxVAP. This RKS_TX_VAP is created when a user initiates the first WLAN connection. The RKS_TX_VAP is pulled down if the user brings down all the remaining WLANs in the 6GHz.

How to Enable and Troubleshoot 6 GHz Wi-FiSelect the Zone-- Go to model-specific option--Drop down the AP list and select the AP model (R670 or T670)
By default band combination is set to 2.4GHz - 5GHz
Drop down band combination and select 2.4GHz - 5GHz - 6GHz
Once this is performed 6GHz option will be visible in the Zones.
