Question

Username and Password is not working for RUCKUS Devices. How can we log in to my RUCKUS Unleashed Access Point if I don’t know the default credentials? 

Customer Environment

Symptoms

• Unable to log in to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch dashboard due to unknown username/password.

• Unable to access the RUCKUS Unleashed Access Point dashboard because credentials are not working.

• The login sticker inside the media panel is missing or unreadable.

• The login details printed in the cabinet do not work when trying to access the device.

• Getting “incorrect username or password” when trying to log into the Switch/AP.

• Forgotten username or password for the RUCKUS device.

• Unsure which device (switch or AP) requires which default credentials.

• Recently moved into a Lennar home and do not know the default login information for RUCKUS devices.

• Cannot complete setup or troubleshooting because admin access is locked or unavailable.

• After a reset, the device is asking for default login credentials, but the user doesn’t know them.

Where to Find Default Login Details?

In most Lennar homes, the default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and admin password are printed on a sticker located inside your media panel or structured wiring cabinet, usually in the closet or utility area. (Figure 1)

What if the Cabinet Login details Don't Work?

However, in some cases, the sticker may be missing, or the password might not work. Don’t worry, we’ve listed some of the most commonly used default login credentials below.

Important: The usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, meaning you must use capital and lowercase letters exactly as shown.

Tip: Try both username/password combinations if you're unsure which device you're accessing.

Reminder: The credentials are case-sensitive. Type exactly as shown, including any capital letters.

Important: If any of the provided usernames or passwords work, you may update or reset them as needed.

What If the Password Don’t Work or Is Forgotten?

If the default credentials don’t work or the password has been changed and forgotten, you will need to reset your device to restore access.
