Defective Return Process for below Locations(Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan)
Overview
Due to applicable regulatory and import requirements, RUCKUS may not be able to receive certain export controlled defective products from your location for repair or return processing. These restrictions apply regardless of the type of replacement request.
What does this means for You
•The defective export controlled unit cannot be returned to our facilities for repair or reuse.
•This does not impact on your warranty entitlement.
How RUCKUS Will Support the Replacement
To ensure timely resolution:
•The replacement will be processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
•For export controlled product RMAs, a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) will be shared with you to complete and return, as required.
•RUCKUS support team will guide you through each step and assist with required documentation.
