RUCKUS Cloud API Documentation

RUCKUS Cloud API provides full and complete access to all RUCKUS Cloud functionality via a user-friendly RESTful OpenAPI.
Actions and operations provided by the Ruckus Cloud Tenant, VAR and MSP portals can be performed using the RUCKUS Cloud APIs.

RUCKUS Cloud API is partitioned into namespaces:

  1. Switch
    Includes all common APIs and models, such as Switch AP, Switch Network, Switch Venue settings and more.
  2. Platform
    Includes all common APIs and models, such as authentication, accounts, administrators, entitlements, venues and more.
  3. Wi-Fi
    Includes all Wi-Fi related APIs and models, such as Wi-Fi AP, Wi-Fi Network, Wi-Fi Venue settings and more.
  4. MSP
    MSP & VAR related resources. Includes API endpoints related to managing your customers and their networks.

If you want a higher-level replacement SLA than what you can obtain via the product warranty, you can buy support on switches with up to 4-hour replacement in certain areas.
