Description: Software, by design, constantly monitors for a number of error conditions in the system. Because of a software defect (Defect ID: 346425), the message “Health Monitoring: TM Egress errors detected” may be seen in the Syslog for the 8x10G cards more often than expected. In a normal scenario, this message does indicate a problem, however, because of the aforementioned defect this Syslog message gets generated for a very low error rate, even when it should not, and thus causes false positives. This defect only affects systems with 8x10G line cards, it is corrected in NI 5.1.00c and will be corrected in NI 5.0.00f.
