Description: Following a reboot or WAN issue, that causes the circuit to bounce, performance of the Brocade 7800 and FX8-24 degrades because of limited throughput on FCIP circuits. This is due to reduced TCP window size. Enabling IPsec on these platforms increases the probability of encountering degraded performance.
