Technical Support Bulletin 7550 RPS22 power supply interaction with offline and line interactive type UPSs.

Description: Due to the design of Off-Line and Line-Interactive UPSs, when the AC input source is cut over to the battery source, a delay of 6-8ms in the supply of power to the connected device will occur. The RPS22 power supply treats this delay as an AC dropout condition, and this results in a soft reset. The RPS21 power supplies are not impacted by this condition.
