Advance Replacement
  • RKUS sends the consignee form to the customers asking them to fill in & share the soft copy as a first step.
  • Customers should share the tracking# of the HARD COPY (consignee form) shipping to Trade Compliance team in Ireland.
  • RKUS to process the replacements from Venlo warehouse to the customers after we receive the tracking#.
  • RKUS will bear the defective return cost.
Return to Factory
  • Defective return instructions are sent to customers to return the defectives to Venlo warehouse respectively.
  • Cost of defective return to be borne by Customers.
  • RKUS sends the consignee form to the customers asking them to fill in & share the soft copy as a first.
  • Customers should share the tracking# of the HARD COPY (consignee form) shipping to Trade Compliance team in Ireland.
  • RKUS to process the replacements from Venlo warehouse to the customers after we received the tracking#.

Advance Replacement
  • RKUS sends the consignee form to the customers asking them to fill in & share the SOFT COPY (Consignee form) back.
  • Once received, replacements will be processed from Dubai warehouse to the customers.
  • RKUS will borne the return cost.
Return to Factory
  • Defective return instructions are sent to UAE customers to return the defectives to Dubai warehouse respectively.
  • Customers should add the BOE (Bill of Entry) while returning the defective to Dubai warehouse.
  • If customers DO NOT have BOE, we can ask them to return the defective to Venlo warehouse.
  • Cost of defective return to be borne by Customers.
  • RKUS sends the consignee form to the customers asking them to fill in & share the SOFT COPY (Consignee form) back.
  • Once received, replacements will be processed from Dubai warehouse to the customers.
