Received the Licenses for Replacement ZoneDirector:
- Upload the Licenses on the ZoneDirector GUI >> Administration >> Licenses.
Not Received the Licenses for Replacement ZoneDirector:
- If you have not received the License File(s) for the Replacement ZoneDirector, please verify if the Licenses are transferred to the Replacement ZoneDirector, using https://support.ruckuswireless.com/asset/123456789000(123456789000 to be replaced by the 12-digits numeric serial number of the ZoneDirector) or https://support.ruckuswireless.com/tools/warranty_checker
- If the Licenses are available on the Replacement ZoneDirector
- Download the Licenses from the Support Portal
- Upload it on the ZoneDirector GUI >> Administration >> Licenses
