Resolution

Please follow the below steps to upload the upgraded AP license file on the ZoneDirector.
Note: License generation/activation via Ruckus support portal is the first step to have the license file. Need help with activation? - Refer to KBA 8284

Download the license file(.lic) from Ruckus support portal
Unsure about the steps? - Please refer article 3116
Login to the ZD GUI
Click on Administer -> License -> Choose File
Select the AP license file and click on Upgrade License
Now you see a pop-up window to confirm the license upload, click on OK
?The AP license file is now applied on the controller to add additional AP’s
