Transferring ZoneDirector and Smart Cell Gateway licenses

Question

Can we move ZD and SCG licenses from one device to another device?

ZoneDirector, Smart Cell Gateway

Resolution

Licenses purchased on ZD and SCG running below version 3.2 are SN specific and they cannot be transferred between the controllers.

However, if the licenses are new, you can get in touch with your VAR / Distributor and in turn the Distributor can get in touch with Ruckus Accounts Receivable team to check if the licenses are eligible to be cancelled and credited.
