Step 1: Verify Account Information
When you encounter the activation error, verify the account information associated with your Ruckus Support portal login.
- Check the Account Name:
- Visit Ruckus Support Account to check the account name under which your contact is registered.
- Ensure the email account used to activate the code matches the account name in the Sales Order.
Step 2: Check the VAR/EU Name in the Sales Order/SPA
- Verify End-User Account Name:
- Check the end-user account name from the activation code PDF file.
Step 3: Ensure Matching Account Names
- The contact trying to register the SUP/LIC/RTU/ACX should have the same account name as that of the Sales Order (SO).
- Partner Support:
- Partners should activate Partner Support.
- End-User Support:
- End-user support should be activated by the end-user.
