Purchased Cloud Subscriptions not showing in RUCKUS One Cloud Portal

Resolution

RUCKUS One subscriptions are now 100% device agnostic. Customer can purchase subscriptions for a time interval to use the RUCKUS One platform. You can now purchase, activate and view subscription in RUCKUS One Portal.

To View the Subscription details, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to the RUCKUS One Cloud portal, click on Administration >> Subscription >> Refresh.



Clicking Manage Subscription will route you to https://support.ruckuswireless.com/cloud_subscriptions, please make sure the licenses you purchased are activate and then click Refresh. Please refer the KBA article  000012425 for steps on how to activate Ruckus Cloud Licenses.

If you are still unable to view the subscription licenses please try the above steps again, after 15-20 minutes from the license activation time.
