An error when uploading KSP to SZ

Summary

When uploading a KSP file to vSZ, customer was getting an error

Question

Why do I get an error when trying to upload KSP file?

Customer Environment

vSZ in 5.2.1

Root Cause

Customer is logged in not as super user (admin) hence Patch/Diagnostics Script tab does not appear on GUI, but AP CLI Scripts. KSP is uploaded as if It was a AP Script, then the error triggers.

Symptoms

When uploading the KSP to the wrong tab, AP CLI Scripts.

Troubleshooting Steps

To troubleshoot this error we need to set Web application into Debug mode, and we can see error in the web-critial.log file,

2021-06-07 10:19:25,457 Web[wsg-exec-106] ERROR c.r.s.a.e.ExceptionControllerAdvice - Exception:
com.ruckuswireless.wsg.exception.unchecked.ServiceRuntimeException: script[{}] line count[{}] exceeds the limitation[{}]
at com.ruckuswireless.scg.domain.service.ap.cli.ApCliScriptService.checkLineCount(ApCliScriptService.java:126) ~[wsg.domain-5.2.1-SNAPSHOT.jar:na]

From the logs we can see the KSP has been uploaded as if It was a AP Script.

Resolution

When logging in as a super user, we can see now the new tab there referencing Patch/Diagnostics Scripts

When uploading the KSP from this tab, the error is not coming any more.
