New Ruckus Networks Support Portal Home Page on 30 January 2019

Effective 30 January 2019 between 00:00-02:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST), the new design for the Ruckus Networks support portal home page went live in production. 

The redesigned home page updates the look-and-feel to offer an improved user experience: 

  1. Reorganize, centralize, and streamline the links scattered across menus, the right-navigation panel, and in the page body to remove redundant links and insure visibility to important site features and content.
  2. Improve visibility to forums discussions by creating a new Announcements section for both site- and forums announcements, and display the dynamic feed for forums discussions without announcements (since they consume all of the available display space in the feed today).
  3. Highlight new technical documentation content in the Upgrade Guides section.  
  4. Improve the mobile and tablet user experience in order to support the increasing usage of these devices by our customers and partners.

The new page design is supported in the following web browsers:  Apple Safari (versions 9+), Google Chrome (versions 35+), Microsoft Edge (all versions), Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 (no earlier versions supported), Mozilla Firefox (versions 35+).  If you experience issues using the new Support Portal home page, please logout, clear your web browser cache and cookies, and login again.
