Ruckus Support Phone Maintenance 21 July 2018
IT maintenance will be performed on the Customer Support phone systems on Saturday, 21 July 2018, from 08:00 to 18:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
During this maintenance window, customers calling in to all Ruckus Support Phone Numbers will be routed directly to voicemail. When leaving a support voicemail, please provide the following details:
- Name and company name
- Phone number
- Existing case number (if any)
- A brief summary of your issue/request, including its current impact/priority in your environment
Welcome Center agents will
return your support voicemail calls with 30 minutes based on the priority of
the reported issue as well as in the order that the voicemails were received.
