Q. Why is there a 90-day Support Warning on the ZoneDirector GUI?

  • The Support Entitlement on the ZoneDirector is updated, either via clicking on the Check Entitlement/Renew Entitlement button on the ZoneDirector GUI or manually uploading the Support Entitlement file.
  • If the ZoneDirector does not have an Active Support Contract, then a default 90-day Entitlement File is provided by Ruckus Entitlement Server and that would result in the warning message on the GUI
