I can't register my product, what could be the problem?
Purchase order processing can take up to 10 business days. Until your purchase order is processed, Ruckus will not have information about your purchase, and you will need to wait until it's processed to complete the registration process. Contact your sales account manager or reseller to learn the status of your order.

Please contact your reseller or distributor if you have purchase order errors such as:
  • Wrong serial number was provided
  • Wrong part number was ordered
  • Wrong end user name was provided
  • Support contract dates are incorrect
If support has expired for your Ruckus Wireless product(s), contact:
