Uploading AP Licenses on the virtual controllers

Use the following procedures to upload AP licenses on the virtual controllersTo upload the licenses manually on the controller, we first need to download licenses from Ruckus support portal. Below are the steps to download the license file:
Login to Ruckus support portal: https://support.ruckuswireless.com
Click on LiMAN
In the LiMAN portal and on SN search page, click on ? License, the license file is now saved on the client machine
The license file is of .BIN extension
License Upload:
Platform: vSCG/vSZ,SCG=>3.2
Login to the controller UI, navigate to Administration > License > Click on Upload license. Browse for the file (Should be on the Download folder)
Click on Upload
Once the license file is successfully uploaded, you will see the updated AP license count on the License page
Platform: vSPoT
Go to Settings > License > Upload License,
Note: SN should first be generated in order to add and upload licenses. (Click Generate to obtain a SN for the virtual machine. Have SN of your vSPoT VM device ready during the RTU activation itself)
Click on Upload Smart License
Choose the license file from your client to upload it to the vSPoT VM
Once the license file is successfully uploaded, you will see the updated AP license count on the License page
Platform: SCI
Login to SCI application
Navigate to Admin -> License
Browse for the license file and click on Upload
Once the license file is successfully uploaded, you will see the updated AP license count on the License page
